When developing Auchan's new campaign to support seasonal sales, we faced a series of challenges: 1) Attract subscribers, aged 18 to 40, to the Auchan VKontakte group and increase activity in it. 2) And also - to increase the share of young people among the participants of the action. With our «Main and NEUROREAL» project, we decided to give everyone the opportunity to see their most important and meaningful purchase. We developed a chatbot with artificial intelligence that could be accessed for checks from Auchan. The user uploaded to the bot a receipt from Auchan, then his photo. The bot automatically prioritized 1 main item from the receipt and along with a photo of the user visualized it through the eyes of a neural network, creating a creative portrait of the customer interacting with their main purchase. 1 check gave 1 generation in the neural network, encouraging users to make more and more purchases. Results: VKontakte +65% in likes +203% in comments +64% in subscribers (18-40) +20% in reposts The average number of campaign participants from the young target audience increased by 20%.
