Kungur is a town in the Perm Krai with a 360-year history. For the anniversary date it was decided to update the visual image of the city's tourist brand. The designers worked on the identity together with the residents of Kungur and the district tourism department. The task was to create an image of the city that would make potential tourists want to visit Kungur. To walk along the beautiful streets, admire the merchant architecture, the beauty of the Ural nature, enjoy the peaceful silence, buy souvenirs from the pottery shop and try Vyazovskiye gingerbread with traditional lemonade. The logo refers to the graphics of the famous stele at the entrance to Kungur. The branded accent font with Old Slavonic motives was named in honor of the Iren river, on which the city stands. The identity system includes elements of visual identification in the form of patterns and icons of recognizable city images.
