Gorodets painting, one of the oldest types of folk art crafts, was born in the 1860s on the basis of an ancient craft that has been uniting residents of Nizhny Novgorod villages. Three centuries later, the time has come to return it to its former popularity. To find a convincing and time-relevant visual language for the factory, which today actively popularizes Gorodets painting as an art form and an element of everyday life.
