Verona has been working in the media industry for over 15 years. She has extensive experience in developing media products, managing digital teams, and launching commercially successful communication solutions for brands and media platforms. Previously, she worked at the sales house “Gazprom-Media,” where she was responsible for developing advertising and partnership initiatives. She also served as COO of GPM Blogger Hub and the in-house agency Kantata, where she was responsible for operational management, product development, process optimization, and business scaling.

Verona specializes in media strategies and the development of new advertising formats. She has worked with major brands and industry leaders and participated in the creation and development of projects at the intersection of media, content, and technology. She serves as an expert and speaker at industry conferences and regularly comments on industry topics for leading business and advertising media, including RBC, AdIndex, and Sostav.

She is a mentor for Skolkovo startups in the media and digital sectors and a lecturer at the Higher School of Economics (HSE). She is actively involved in the development of the industry and educational initiatives in the fields of marketing, media, and communications.
