A believer that big ideas often come from big changes, Rachel is a Group Creative Director who has gone around the world working for agencies in North America, Europe and Asia.

Her work has been awarded by Cannes Lions, The One Show and D&AD, exhibited in the Canadian Museum of History, written about in the New York Times and tweeted about by Kim Kardashian. Rachel was ranked the #1 Creative in Singapore in 2025, #14 in Asia’s Most Awarded Women In Advertising, Singapore's 2023 Creative Director of the Year, one of Canada’s Top 10 Art Directors and one of fifteen women globally recognized by Cannes Lions See It Be It 2019 as a prominent female leader in the industry.

Rachel has been a juror at Cannes Lions, Dubai Lynx, New York Festivals, Creative Review, AWARD Awards and Creative Circle. Rachel has spoken at the Epica Awards, Cannes Lions and The Art Director’s Club. And although the place she lives often changes, her love of early 2000's R&B and anything banana-flavoured remains consistent.
