Prerna Mehra is a Creative Director & Head of Art and Design at MullenLowe MENA, where she brings her dynamic creativity to the forefront. With a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of multiple disciplines, Prerna is a new-age sought-after global brand creative.

In her current role, at MullenLowe MENA, she looks after all things art design, social, and creative (of course!)
Despite her relatively brief three-year stint in the region, Prerna's impact has been far-reaching and head-turning. Her leadership has spearheaded some of the most iconic campaigns, contributing not only to the advertising landscape but also to nation-building endeavors including groundbreaking support for gender-conscious AI laws. One of her latest campaign turned into a movement, Fixing the bAIs, is being celebrated as a groundbreaking solution for tackling gender bias in AI on a global scale. It has ignited enthusiasm at international summits and in various councils, prompting 52 countries to develop new laws and policies related to AI.

The Emirates Mars Orbit Insertion and The World’s Tallest Donation Box are other two mammoth endeavors where she played a pivotal role.  Both campaigns have won multiple awards in regional and international advertising competitions, including at Cresta, the Webbys, the Caples, Lynx, Gerety, and Shorty Social Good Awards. Winning awards is a thing she is probably used to by now.  Prerna’s knack for design was also spotted at a young age, by Cannes, who presented her with the prestigious Young Lions Design Award (India). And she has lived up to that promise.

She was cited as one of the “Women to watch in 2023” and “Most Influential Youth Marketing Professional” back in India. She has been on the jury for Clio Awards, London International Awards, Cresta, Immortal Awards, Dubai Lynx, and Young Guns by One Show amongst others, and has been a speaker at some of the most prestigious art and design Colleges in India.

Today, she has over a decade of creative and digital experience across some of UAE and India’s most renowned creative agencies such as Mullenlowe, JWT, Ogilvy, Creativeland Asia, Cheil Worldwide.
At MullenLowe MENA, she works on some of the top brands at the firm, such as the Emirates, Majid Al Futtaim, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Roxy cinemas and more. In the past she has worked on global brands like Samsung, Coca-Cola, Audi, Morris Garages, GSK, Honda, Philips, Yum Foods, Eicher Volvo, Avon New York, Parle Agro, McNROE, Cisco and Godrej among others.

That was a bit about her 9 to 5.
From 5 to 9 she loves her fashion and has even designed clothes for Miss India-World along with accessories and jewelry for Avon’s bestsellers, She feels any creative task adds tremendously to her design versatility.

Prerna is an avid traveler and hates being in the city for too long. She believes she would have been a farmer had the diversion of advertising and marketing hadn’t taken place.
