Michael Wilde is passionate about creativity that inspire and influences.

He studied visual communication and brand design in Hamburg. Alongside his studies, he worked at Jung von Matt/Fleet as an art director and won his first Golden Lion in his first year.

Later, Michael worked at Jung von Matt/Neue Elbe and is currently Creative Director at Jung von Matt/HAMBURG. He created work for several well-known clients such as adidas, Beiersdorf, BVG, DB-Cargo, Douglas, OTTO, Sixt, WWF, Zalando, etc.

Michael was part of the young advisory board of Jung von Matt/AG and is co-founder of Jung von Matt/START - a creative agency specifically tailored for start-ups. Additionally, he imparts his knowledge as lecturer at several universities with a focus on design and communication and is also a member of the Art Directors Club (ADC) Germany.

His work has won numerous awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio Awards, ADC Germany, ADC New York and various others. Furthermore, he has been invited to serve on the judging panel at prestigious award ceremonies, including the ADC Germany and Clio Awards.
