Massinissa Tiblali combines creative leadership with strong artistic rigor. A creative director, painter, and writer, he is the author of three internationally accredited novels and has exhibited his paintings at several prestigious events, notably the Salon d’Automne on the Champs-Élysées.

This dual artistic and strategic background shapes a distinctive leadership style, enabling him and his teams to design bold, disruptive communication campaigns, as well as to develop and implement creative audits, workshops, and transformation programs aimed at structuring and elevating creative teams.

He is also the first Algerian to serve as a jury member at the Cannes Lions 2024, as well as at the African Cristal Awards 2023 and the Red Apple Festival 2025.

In 2024 > 2025, he won two African awards at the African Cristal Awards for Creative Effectiveness and Creative Strategy, along with six shortlists. He also received four local awards at the DC Awards and Algeria Film Entreprizer, including Best Awareness Film (twice) and Best Ramadan Film at the DC Awards (2024), as well as Second Best Awareness Film at AFE (2025). His work was also recognized at the Red Apple Festival (2025).
