Luis Paulo Gatti began his career as an Art Director in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Like many other talented professionals in Brazil, he was invited to move to São Paulo. In this new city, he had the opportunity to work with some of the best agencies in the country, creating campaigns for both local and global brands. Subsequently, he decided to pursue an old dream of working abroad and accepted an offer to work in the Middle East. There, he gained his first experience in managing a creative team as a Regional Associate Creative Director for the Middle East & Africa. After a couple of years, he moved again, this time to work as the Global Creative Director based in Europe.
