Kagiso Musi is a marketing and advertising leader with 25+ years experience scaling and modernising integrated media and creative organisations. She is a graduate of the AAA School of Advertising, Wits Business School and holds a MBA from the University of Roehampton, London.

She served on the MAC Transformation Charter Council, was the inaugural chairperson of the global effectiveness awards - Effie South Africa and a current committee member, a Grand Jury judge for Effie SA 2024 and 2025 and Effie Global Best of the best, a co-Jury President for the Mark Awards 2024, a Cannes Lions 2025 juror and an advisory committee member at the Tswane University of Technology design faculty.

Kagiso is also a trustee of Young Entrepreneurs South Africa,  a member of G20 YEA, a board member of the Vuyani Dance Company and the Deputy Chair of The Association for Communication and Advertising.
