Started his career in 1999 as a Screendesigner at Elephant Seven, the former digital agency of Springer & Jacoby. After working in several agencies like Jung von Matt, Tribal DDB or Kolle Rebbe went to work at la red in 2012 were became an Executive Creative Director and since 2019 a Managing Director.

Proven success in coordinating multiple teams across various locations within a  growing organization. Over and above that, building strategic plans to optimize  business processes and developing budgets that maximize resources. Highly experienced in identifying and addressing client needs to enhance their satisfaction by engaging in extensive client communication and strategic planning.  

During the career, Jan was working for clients among others like Audi, Allianz,  Mercedes-Benz, Electronic Arts, Volkswagen, Disney, Amazon Prime Video, Deutsche  Telekom, Ritter Sport, KIA and Jägermeister.

Jan is a member of the Art Directors Club of Germany and has been honoured with more than 100 national and international Awards, including ADC, Annual Multimedia, MAX-Award, NYF, Cresta, The Midas Award, Montreux, Epica, Effie, Red Dot Award, DDA etc.
