Diana Crâșmariu is the Managing Director of Cohn&Jansen Creative Network, one of Romania’s most creative and internationally awarded agencies, recognized at major festivals such as Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, D&AD, White Pencil, Effie Europe and White Square.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry and a background in strategy, Diana has always been passionate about the intersection between insight and creativity, about ideas that are not only beautifully crafted, but also truly effective.

Throughout her career, she has contributed to winning more than 50 trophies in local and international advertising competitions, reflecting a consistent focus on both creative excellence and business impact. She works with leading Romanian brands as well as international clients, helping them build meaningful positioning and grow through communication grounded in strong strategic thinking and cultural insight.

Beyond her role in the agency, Diana has also taught strategy at university level, sharing her experience with the next generation of communication professionals. She is actively involved in the industry as a juror, mainly in strategy and effectiveness competitions, having served on the juries of Effie Romania, Effie Europe and Effie Global.
