Cinzia is a creative mind that spreads good vibes in the creative industry for 19 years. She began her career in Berlin as a graphic designer, moved to Barcelona to spend her best youth years in the former Vinizius Y&R (and on the sunny Barcelona beaches), and then decided to go back to Italy in order to jump into the wonderful Italian advertising court.

She became creative director at 33, and she is now Executive Creative Director at Leagas Delaney Milan. She is an art director in the soul but the biggest fan of  good copywriting. She worked for international brands like Porsche, Burger King, TIM, Schweppes, Danone, LG Electronics, Fendi, Group Bonduelle; and a lot of important Italian brands like ING Bank, Police, Bonduelle, Wefox, Keglevich, Limoncè, Open Fiber, Baglietto Yachts, Bolton Group Manetti Roberts.  

She is a mum – out of the agency, and sometimes in – and has a passionate and heartful approach to the job and to life.
