Chacho Horacio Puebla
Co-Founder & Creative, Felicidad

Horacio "Chacho" Puebla is Spain's most awarded creative of the decade (2010-2020) and one of the leading international figures in brand transformation, sustainable creativity, and creative leadership.

With over 500 international awards and 89 Cannes Lions, Chacho has led the creative transformation of global agencies across four continents. As Partner and Chief Creative Officer of LOLA MullenLowe, he tripled the agency's revenue, expanded operations to Barcelona, Lisbon, and Paris, and positioned it as Agency of the Year at El Sol (three times) and as one of the top ten agencies in Europe according to Cannes Lions.

During his tenure as CCO of Leo Burnett Iberia, the agency reached the worldwide Top 5 according to Advertising Age and was recognized as the best Ibero-American agency by El Ojo de Iberoamérica.

Chacho has worked with global brands including Unilever, P&G, Ikea, Fiat, Mercedes Benz, Nike, Adidas, and Dove, managing teams of up to 489 people simultaneously and delivering transformative results: he increased one client's revenue from €600 million to €2.2 billion.
He has served as jury member and jury president at the industry's most prestigious festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, CdeC, El Sol, and London International Awards. As a speaker, he has presented at multiple TEDx events, universities, and international conferences on creativity, leadership, and sustainable transformation. In 2022, Cannes Lions invited him to join its sustainability commission.

Visual artist and urban activist, Chacho has exhibited his work in Mendoza, Miami, and Cannes, and has left street art interventions in nearly 45 countries. His artistic practice informs his creative vision: he understands creativity as an act of cultural transformation, not just commercial output.

Serial entrepreneur, he founded Felicidad, an international collective focused on creating sustainable narratives for brands and businesses, where his collaboration with the Government of Ecuador stands out—creating a cross-ministerial initiative that achieved historic results in environmental conservation. He also founded 23 Ríos, Mendoza's most awarded craft beer, and the publishing house Cumbia, which released "Quilombo" and "Intermitencia”.

Trained at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership (MBA) and Cambridge University (Business & Sustainability), Chacho combines strategic vision, disruptive creativity, and a genuine commitment to sustainability and social impact.
Born in Mendoza, Argentina, he has worked in five countries serving all five continents.
