Andrey founded the agency 27 years ago. Since then, it developed from a small company to the leading agency in the advertising industry of Russia and has been named Creative Agency of the Year 12 times.

With Andrey's leadership, the agency has won more than 600 awards at international festivals: Cannes Lions, The Clio Awards, the London International Awards, The One Show, Eurobest, Epica, The Globe Awards, Golden Drum, The CUP, ADCE, ADCR, Golden Hammer, Red Apple, White Square and Kiev International Advertising Festival. Since 2012 Andrey is a member of the Russian Academy of Advertising.

Throughout his career, Andrey has managed to work with such brands as Bosch, Siemens, NEFF, Parmalat, Rehau, Hyundai, President, Heinz, Bonduelle, Beeline, Megafon, Alfa bank, Tochka Bank, Meridian, Chery, Kortros, Motiv telecom and Capital-Group and others.
