Ana Noriega

Ana Noriega, with over 15 years of experience, became part of FCB Mexico in 2015. She was promoted to Chief Creative Officer four years later, since then she has driven the creative team to develop ideas under the "Never Finished " global creative philosophy.
The last four years have been key in her career, because despite living through a pandemic Ana led two of the most important launches that increased the agency's staff by more than 200%; BMW Group for Mexico/Latam in 2020 and Little Caesars at the regional level in 2021. It is worth mentioning that during the post-pandemic in 2021, at a time of recovery in the industry globally, Ana participated in 40 launches, of which 30 were won.

She has also collaborated with advertising agencies including: Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett and BBDO, developing ideas for local, regional, and global brands such as: Bissú, BMW, SC Johnson, Little Caesars, and many others.

Ana has also been a member of the jury in regional and international festivals including: Effie Latam 2020, LBBB: Effie Latam 2020, LBB's Immortal Awards 2021/2023, One Show 2021, FIAP 2021, D&AD 2021, Círculo Creativo de México 2021, Ad Stars 2021, La Vara 2021, El Ojo de Iberoamérica 2021. In 2022 she was jury for Gerety Awards, Lux Awards and Clio Awards, being the only Mexican on the jury and on-site jury at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. She also has been Jury´s President Círculo Creativo 2023. Jury in D&AD 2023, Volcan 2023, Ad Stars 2023. Jury’s President  El Ojo de Iberoamerica 2023. Andys 2024. Ciclope 2024. Gerety Awards. Clio Awards 2024.

All these achievements led Ana to become part of FCB's Global Creative Council. Ana was recognized as Leading Women 2021 by Ad Age/Adlatina, and in 2022 she was recognized by Forbes magazine as one of the 100 most creative Mexicans in the world. She has also won awards at national advertising festivals such as Cannes, One Show, Effie Latam, FIAP, Sol de Iberoamérica, Ojo de Iberoamérica, Yahoo Big Idea Chair, and Círculo Creativo de México. Also, she led the most impactful campaign in Mexico, “Cuartos Vacios”, which resulted in the recovery of a young minor.
