Aliaksei possesses deep expertise in advertising and management. He has over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, during which he has collaborated successfully with major international advertising and communications groups. His portfolio includes numerous projects for major brands. Before joining the Admixer team, Aliaksei spent a long time heading the media and strategic planning department at the advertising agency Optimum Bivai (OMD OM Group). He was a jury member of E+ Awards in 2023–2025.
