White Square Festival of Creativity 2024 continues to accept entries. The deadline will end on May 3, with discounted participation fees available until March 31.
Entries are accepted online in eight contests:
- CREATIVE
- BRANDING
- DIGITAL
- MEDIA
- MARKETING SERVICE
- MARKETING EFFECTIVENESS
- CRAFT
- MASS MEDIA CONTEST
Projects launched and realized between January 1, 2023 and May 3, 2024 are accepted, and the Marketing Effectiveness Contest is open to entries launched and realized before January 1, 2023 if such projects continued and demonstrated their effectiveness in 2023 or 2024.
The same project case can be submitted to suitable nominations and contests, for consideration by different jury panels, which can increase your chances of winning. The festival awards are highly desired by agencies and creators from all over the world, as participants receive professional evaluation by an international jury and get inspiration for development in the creative industry.
Once you have determined the most suitable nominations, you can proceed to submitting your projects. For the convenience of participants, we have prepared a checklist for submitting entries, which includes five basic steps.
1. Register on the Festival website by clicking on the "Submit Entry" button
If you are already registered, log in to your personal account by clicking the same button.
2. In your personal cabinet select the most suitable category, contest and nomination
3. Learn the requirements for uploaded materials of the nomination you have chosen.
All uploaded materials must be in English or contain English subtitles. Materials must not mention the agency unless it is a self-promo. Detailed requirements for a particular nomination can be found in the "Contests" section of the Festival website.
4. Fill in the entry form
Carefully fill in all the fields of the application form and attach the required materials. In some nominations of MARKETING SERVICES, MARKETING EFFECTIVENESS, MEDIA contests there are additional fields that are not obligatory. If you’re going to edit your entry later, activate the "Draft" checkbox. If no editing is planned, the entry will automatically be sent for moderation. Click "Done" to have the submission uploaded to the site!
5. Request documents for payment for the participation by clicking on the "Request documents / Pay" button in your personal cabinet
You can request an invoice or a link to pay by card.
To take advantage from the discounted fees, you must request payment documents by March 31. You will have the opportunity to edit your entries before the final deadline.
Within three business days, the entry is reviewed for compliance with the Festival's technical requirements. The contests moderator will contact you via the email address provided on the entry form to confirm that your entry has been accepted or to ask you to adjust it if it is necessary.
