CREATIVE CONTEST GUIDE: HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

White Square International Festival of Creativity 2023, one of the largest festivals in Europe, invites representatives of marketing and communication industry from different countries to evaluate the past year from the point of view of creativity and submit their entries to CREATIVE CONTEST.

Entries are accepted online and until April 28, 2023.

CREATIVE CONTEST takes a special place at the festival, and this is not surprising, because the main mission of the festival is to promote creativity. White Square highly values ideas and people in the industry, shares the principles of socially responsible marketing, peacefulness and defends universal values.

The entries in CREATIVE CONTEST will be evaluated by Creative & Branding Jury, professionals of international creative community, who is famous for their bright projects and numerous awards and experience of judging prestigious creativity festivals around the world. For those who have already decided, which entries to submit, here is a simple guide that systematizes your actions to submit the entries to CREATIVE CONTEST:

The contest celebrates creativity in video advertising. Entries should demonstrate an excellent creative solution and brand storytelling intended for screens (TV, cinema, online, outdoor). Criteria of judging are creative idea and its execution.

The contest celebrates creativity in print advertising. Entries should demonstrate originality and craft of creative ideas that leap off the page. Criteria of judging are creative idea and its execution.

The contest celebrates creativity in outdoor advertising. Entries should demonstrate creative ideas that impact consumers directly at locations or creative use of public locations to communicate a brand message and consumers immersion into brand experience. Criteria of judging are creative idea and its execution.

The contests celebrates creative advertising campaigns with the use of multiple channels / media platforms. Entries will be evaluated on how successfully chosen elements / channels have been integrated throughout the campaign to communicate brand’s message via different types of communication materials, and should demonstrate how different media complemented and built on each other to drive tangible business results and were instrumental to cultural change or integral in the achievement of brand purpose. Criteria of judging are: 30% idea, 20% strategy, 30% execution, 20% results.

The contests celebrates creative communications that deliver brand’s message and engage consumers via entertaining, informational and other content. Criteria of judging are originality of created branded content and its creative execution, including quality of storytelling and match with a chosen communication channel.

Entries in this category should demonstrate the creative use of media solutions or media channels to reach the goals of brand. Creative use of media solutions will be the main factor on judging in this category.

3. FILL OUT THE APPLICATION

Fill out the requested fields and upload your materials. All the materials must be in English, or contain English subtitles. Materials should not contain a reference to the agency, if it's not a self promo. Click "Done" to have the submission uploaded to the site.

If the entry fits into other contests, participants can submit it in additional categories for consideration by other jury line-ups, which may increase the chances of winning.

4. WAIT FOR MODERATION AND PROCEED TO PAYMENT

Within 3 working days moderators will check the application for compliance with the requirements of the festival. For questions about documents and payment, please contact by e-mail info@adfest.by. You can request a contract for payment or choose the option "pay by card" (payment by Visa and Mastercard is made through a payment service webpay.by). Payment can be made in euros, U.S. dollars and yuan. The cost of participation for each competition is given in the FEESsection.

DONE!  

Finalists and winners of White Square Festival will be published in the industrial media and social networks in more than 30 countries and will receive diplomas, and the prizewinners will also receive the cherished statuettes, confirming the authors' breakthrough professional achievements from the all-star jury of White Square Festival 2023.
